Thrive was created by Tara Thompson, known online as The Vag Coach — a women's health advocate, fitness professional, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience supporting women through postpartum recovery. Spending years immersed in pelvic floor rehab, emotional health, and strength-based movement, partnering with physiotherapists and health professionals to develop education-first, body-positive tools that actually work. Her mission is simple: help mothers stop surviving, and start thriving.
