Email support@thrivethereset.com from the address connected with your waitlist entry, enquiry or future app account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and tell us what you want deleted.
Verification
To protect your information, we may ask you to verify that you control the relevant email address or account before deleting data. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive medical records.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt and explain any verification or next steps. Data may be retained when reasonably required for security, legal, accounting, dispute or consumer-law obligations; the final production process will specify applicable timeframes and exceptions.
App-store readiness
Before native app release, this page must be updated with in-app deletion steps, data categories, retention periods and the production identity provider’s process, then tested against Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.
